Meet our founder & Director
Esther Podmore
Esther heads up Ginkgo Events. She founded the company to provide a simple and effective service that focuses on the client.
Esther has well over a decade of experience in planning and delivering conferences, training courses and events across the UK including London, Birmingham and Manchester. She has worked in a wide range of industries across the private, public and charity sector for companies including for Deutsche Bank, Capgemini and Autism West Midlands.
With a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology, Esther strongly believes in the effect of corporate events and training courses on staff productivity and morale and is passionate about the important role the venue plays in this. She brings a thoughtful, creative and fun approach to the company.
