We realised as the year went on that like many other companies, Ginkgo Events would have to adapt to survive. When considering our options, we realised that some companies are thriving with their staff working from home. While this is amazing for the future of flexible working, the wellbeing and engagement of employees has probably taken a bit of a hit.
Additionally, many corporate events, training courses and conferences have been forced to move online. While there are many positive aspects of this, including increased accessibility and the rapid development of technology, there is again a problem of lack of engagement and a feeling of not being connected to the event. And so, to address these issues, Ginkgo Events Boxes was born!
We are busy behind the scenes putting together a range of sustainable and ethically sourced products, beautifully packaged in boxes and sent directly to your employees, team mates, delegates or clients. The aim of these will be to increase their engagement with your organisation, team or event.
